Dot mandala art has this cool way of calming us down: it’s the perfect collaboration between the creative, colorful side of our brain and the part that loves order and patterns.
When you’re dotting away, creating these beautiful patterns, your brain gets into this zen mode where the right side gets to play with colors and shapes, while the left side gets all satisfied arranging everything neatly. It’s not just about making something pretty; it’s like yoga for your brain, giving you that peace and focus, and hey, it’s pretty fun too!
We'll sip mimosas (or soda/tea/coffee) if you prefer and I'll teach you the art of dot mandalas and we'll learn a couple of mindfulness "hacks" to help you ease anxiety and relieve stress on command without the need for lengthy meditations.
We'll start on a practice paper before doing our project piece, ensuring you'll be very at ease and comfortable with the process.
Spend a zen afternoon recharging your batteries at our studio and learn some cool things about yourself and your brain in the process.
