Exploring creativity, change and rebuilding through short essays and journaling prompts from writers, artists and thinkers.

Since this is our first meeting, it’s okay if you haven’t finished the chosen book. We’ll spend some time getting to know each other and talking about what we’d each like to take from the experience.

I want enough structure to keep us moving, with room to pause when something deserves more conversation. The goal is to leave feeling empowered, with new perspectives and useful tools for our own lives.
