Choose the Event
Tell us about your organization, expected group size, date and the kind of project you have in mind. We’ll help narrow down options that make sense for the event.
We Quote the Cost
Depending on the event, we can work with a flat event fee or a per-person project cost. We prepare the materials and provide the instruction.
You Raise the Funds
Your organization can set its ticket price and keep the amount above our agreed event cost. That gives you control over the fundraising side instead of locking you into one preset donation amount.
Pick a Project People Want to Make
Project choices depend on group size, location, budget and materials. We can help you choose something that works for both the guests and the fundraiser.
Wood Projects
Signs, seasonal pieces, door rounds and other laser-cut projects can work well for group fundraisers.
Mosaics
Mosaic projects give guests plenty of room to personalize their work and make a finished piece they’ll use or display.
Glass, Resin & More
We also offer crushed glass and resin, painting and other creative options depending on the event.
At the Studio or at Your Location
Smaller fundraiser events can be held at VineGogh when the date, project and group size fit the studio. Larger groups can ask about an off-site workshop at your organization, event space or other location.
We can also share your public fundraiser on our calendar and Facebook page when appropriate to help your organization get the word out.
