4 Week Mixed Resin Series
New projects. New techniques. All the messy fun, none of the cleanup.
If you took our resin classes last year, this series is all new.
New projects, new materials, and a few techniques you probably have not tried yet.
If you have never worked with resin before and have been curious, this is a great way to try it without committing to one big project.
Each week you will make a small finished piece and learn a different approach to working with resin and resin style materials.
Over four weeks we will work with three different types of resin and resincrete, so you can see how they behave, what they are best used for, and what the pros and cons are for each. This is hands on, a little messy, very satisfying, and yes, you get to leave the cleanup to us.
What we will make
Week 1: Small Faux Stained Glass Suncatcher
A small framed piece using crushed glass, mica color, and resin.
Week 2: Pressed Flower Small Wood Shadow Box or Ring Tray
Prepare the piece then arrange dried flowers and seal with resin for a glossy finish.
Week 3: Resincrete Accent Piece
A small decorative piece using resincrete. This is a concrete look material that sets fast and is perfect for small functional decor. It has the feeling of ceramic but is much sturdier and fully paintable! Several molds available anything from earrings to a small dish.
Week 4: Drip Resin Wine Glass or Vase
We will tape off the rim, flip the glass, and let tinted resin flow down the sides for a dramatic finish. One glass per person. We'll learn color mixing and different techniques to create a really stunning piece. If you don't want to do a wine glass we can sub a small vase instead.
All supplies are included.
Who this is for
This class is beginner friendly but still interesting if you have done resin before.
You do not need any prior experience. We walk you through every step.
If you like trying new things, working with color, and making pieces you actually want to take home and use or display, you will like this class.

Space is limited and registration is required since we prep materials in advance.
