If you purchase items from us in the shop or online we appreciate your business.

If an item is defective or broken in transit, we will work with you. However, personalized items and custom orders are NOT eligible for refunds. We always send a proof before making your items, please ensure you proofread carefully. Once it’s in production it’s yours. 🙂

We also do not accept returns for open food/beverage items like wine, coffees, etc.
