Loom Weaving: Tuesday, July 8th, 10 AM - 2 PM, Ages 8+
Weaving is more than just a craft—it’s a skill that builds patience, focus, and creativity.
In this class, kids will learn how to weave a functional and decorative "mug rug" (coaster) using a laser-cut loom they get to keep.
This summer program is a great way to keep kids engaged in a hands-on, screen-free activity that strengthens focus and creativity. They’ll also get a glimpse into the history of weaving and how it has shaped cultures worldwide. After the class, kids can continue exploring by personalizing their loom at home or using it for future projects.
10 seats available.
This class is best suited for kids 8+ who enjoy hands-on projects that require patience and focus. Weaving is a rewarding process, but it takes time and attention to detail.
Due to the structure of this class, we are unable to accommodate children younger than 8. However, we have plenty of other summer programs designed for a range of ages—be sure to check out our calendar!
